Thoko’s Fanta Pine Seed (Peo ea Thoko ea Fanta Pine) is a story for older readers containing a lesson about littering, a widespread phenomenon in rural Lesotho. After the story the book asks children “Where will you put the tin of your favourite cool drink when you have finished drinking it?” The pictures in this book were created using the toys in the Paleng Children’s Centre.
